It intelligently detects the height and thickness of each fruit, ensuring optimal performance even with irregular shapes.

To operate:
1. Configure the parameters using the user-friendly touch screen interface.

4. The machine will automatically perform the peeling, end cutting, core poking, petal cutting, separating, and color protection processes.
5. The processed output is categorized into 3 discharge ports: port 1 for peel, port 2 for pulp/flesh, and port 3 for other cuttings.
