The Crate Washing Machine is a state-of-the-art solution designed to efficiently clean plastic turnover boxes or other containers. To ensure impeccable cleaning results, the equipment operates through a continuous process. Once activated, materials are conveyed to the drive device of the washing machine either manually or via conveyor belt. Initially, hot alkaline water is sprayed to dilute oil stains on the basket, followed by a high-pressure spray of hot water, and finally, a rinse with tap water to complete the cleaning phase. Next, the materials enter the drying section where two sets of high-pressure fans remove surface water, and two sets of high-temperature fans thoroughly dry the plastic baskets. At the end of the process, the cleaned baskets are manually removed and placed neatly in a ventilated area.
