Operating Instructions:
1. Configure operational parameters using the intuitive touch screen interface.
2. Add the color protection liquid into the designated slot.
3. Securely place the fruits and vegetables into the fruit holder.
4. The machine will automatically perform peeling, end cutting, core poking, petal cutting, separating, and color protection processes.
5. The processed output is categorized into 3 discharge ports: port 1 for peel, port 2 for pulp/flesh, and port 3 for other cuttings.

The small fruit peeling machine is ideal for smaller fruits such as apples, mangoes, citrus, pears, taro, kiwi, and similarly sized produce.
