Process Flow of Ginger Powder Production:Fresh Ginger → Washing → Peeling → Slicing → Drying → Grinding → Sifting → Packing
1. Washing: Immerse the fresh ginger in a constant flow of running water to thoroughly eliminate all mud and dust from its surface, ensuring pristine cleanliness.

2. Peeling: Skillfully peel away the outer skin of the ginger, preparing it meticulously for the subsequent processing stages.

3. Slicing: Achieve precise and uniform slicing around 2mm thick. Slices thinner than 1mm may dry quickly but lose vital gingerol, while slices thicker than 4mm extend drying time and cause uneven heating, leading to undesirable surface hardening and discoloration. Consistent 2mm slices ensure optimal drying efficiency and superior quality.

4. Drying: Maintain an ideal drying temperature between 60-80ºC. Aim for a water content of no more than 12% in the ginger slices. Lower temperatures prolong drying time and trigger unwanted biochemical reactions, while higher temperatures lead to significant gingerol loss, compromising the ginger powder's quality.

5. Grinding: Carefully crush the dried ginger slices, taking care to avoid localized high temperatures, thereby preserving the quality and integrity of the ginger powder.

6. Sifting: Employ an 80-mesh vibrating screen for efficient sieving, effectively removing large particles and indestructible ginger fibers, ensuring a fine and consistent powder.

7. Packing: Select from a variety of packaging options such as bottles, prefabricated bags, or large bags. Available quantities include 500g, 1000g, 20kg, and more, tailored to meet customer-specific requirements.
