The Crate Washing Machine is designed to impeccably clean plastic turnover boxes or other containers with continuous efficiency. Once initiated, materials are transported to the washing machine’s drive system either manually or via conveyor belt. The cleaning cycle begins with hot alkaline water being sprayed to dilute oil stains on the baskets. This is followed by a high-pressure hot water spray, and finally, a thorough rinse with tap water. Upon completion of the cleaning process, the baskets proceed to the drying section. Two sets of high-pressure fans swiftly remove water from the surface, and two groups of high-temperature fans ensure the plastic baskets are perfectly dried. At the end of the cycle, the clean and dry plastic baskets are manually removed and neatly stored in a ventilated area.
