The Efficient Crate Washer for Turnover Baskets is engineered to meticulously cleanse plastic turnover boxes and other containers with unmatched efficiency. This state-of-the-art equipment operates in a continuous cleaning cycle to guarantee optimal results. Once activated, materials are seamlessly transported to the washing machine's drive device via conveyor or manually. The multi-stage cleaning process begins with the application of hot alkaline water to break down oil stains on the baskets. This is followed by high-pressure hot water spraying, and finally, tap water rinsing to complete the cleaning cycle. The process then advances to the drying section, where two sets of high-pressure fans swiftly remove water from the basket surfaces. Subsequently, two groups of high-temperature fans ensure thorough drying. The cleaned and dried baskets are then manually removed and neatly arranged in a ventilated area.
