Our Steam Powered Plastic Crate Cleaning Machine is engineered to expertly clean plastic turnover boxes and other similar containers. Ensuring top-tier cleaning efficiency, this equipment operates continuously for optimal results. Once activated, materials are fed into the machine either via conveyor belts or manually. The multi-step process begins with a hot alkaline water spray to break down oil stains, followed by a high-pressure hot water wash, and finally, a rinse with tap water. The crates then proceed to the drying section, where two sets of high-pressure fans remove surface water, and two sets of high-temperature fans complete the drying process. Finally, the cleaned and dried plastic crates are manually removed and neatly placed in a ventilated area.
