Once the machine is activated, materials are transported to the drive system either via conveyor or manually. The cleaning process then commences: first, hot alkaline water is sprayed to dilute oil stains on the baskets; next, hot water is applied under high pressure; and finally, tap water is used to complete the cleaning. Following this, the drying phase begins where two sets of high-pressure fans remove water from the basket's surface, succeeded by two sets of high-temperature fans to dry the baskets. The process concludes with the manual removal and orderly placement of the thoroughly cleaned plastic baskets in a ventilated area.
