The Crate Washing Machine is an advanced cleaning solution designed to meticulously clean plastic turnover boxes or other containers. To ensure optimal cleaning efficiency, the equipment operates continuously. Once activated, materials are conveyed to the drive device of the washing machine either manually or via a conveyor. Initially, hot alkaline water is sprayed to effectively dilute any oil stains on the baskets. This is followed by a high-pressure hot water spray and finally a tap water rinse to complete the cleaning process. The baskets then progress to the drying section where two sets of high-pressure fans remove surface water, and two sets of high-temperature fans thoroughly dry the plastic baskets. At the end of the cycle, the baskets are manually removed and neatly placed in a ventilated area.
