It is compatible with 20 popular fruits and vegetables, including kiwi, pear, persimmon, orange, lemon, kohlrabi, mango, avocado, grapefruit, and guava. Moreover, it intelligently detects the height and thickness of each fruit, ensuring optimal performance even with irregular shapes.
The cutting-edge cutter technology automatically adapts to the changing contours of the fruit, significantly minimizing fruit loss and maximizing yield.
Constructed with premium food-grade 304 stainless steel, the machine ensures durability and hygiene. It incorporates the renowned Japanese Omron brand for computerized control and other electronic components. To operate:
1. Configure the parameters using the intuitive touch screen interface.
2. Add the color protection liquid into the designated slot.
3. Place the fruits and vegetables securely into the fruit holder.
4. The machine will automatically perform peeling, end cutting, core poking, petal cutting, separating, and color protection processes.
5. The processed output is categorized into 3 discharge ports: port 1 for peel, port 2 for pulp/flesh, and port 3 for other cuttings.
This indispensable equipment for fruit and vegetable processing is available in two versatile versions. The small fruit peeling machine is perfect for smaller fruits such as apples, mangos, citrus, pears, taro, kiwi, and similar-sized produce. It features an adjustable peeling height, which can now reach up to 15cm. After recent enhancements, it can also pit mangoes efficiently.
The large fruit peeling machine is tailored for larger fruits such as grapefruit, pumpkin, big taro, pineapple, jackfruit, winter melon, watermelon, cantaloupe, and other sizable fruits and vegetables.
